Cinnamon sugar
One US cup of cinnamon sugar weighs between 168 and 200 grams (5.9 to 7.1 ounces), depending on how the cup is filled and which source measured it. That range is the answer; a single number would not be. Every figure behind it is below, with the method each source used.
Also called cinnamon-sugar, sugar and cinnamon, cinnamon and sugar, cinnamon sugar blend, cinnamon sugar mix, cinnamon sugar topping.
Most sites print one number for a cup of cinnamon sugar. This page prints 168 to 200 grams, because that is what McCormick Cinnamon Sugar (producer label), Kroger Sugar and Cinnamon Shaker (producer label) and King Arthur Baking Ingredient Weight Chart actually measured, and it names the method behind every figure rather than picking a favourite.
Two or more sources describe the same way of filling the cup and still disagree, by 19.1%. That is more than this site will average over, so all the figures stand and none is chosen. McCormick's and Kroger's labels weigh a teaspoon of their shaker blends at 3.5 g, 168 g a cup; King Arthur weighs a cup of its own blend at 200 g, the weight of granulated sugar. The 19% gap is past the 5% this site allows for sugars, and the ingredient lists do not explain it, so both ends are published.

Why this page publishes a range
A cup of ready-mixed cinnamon sugar weighs between 168 and 200 g (5.9 to 7.1 oz). McCormick's and Kroger's shaker blends are labelled at 3.5 g a teaspoon, 168 g a cup; King Arthur Baking weighs its own blend at 50 g a quarter cup, 200 g a cup, the same as plain sugar. The sources do not settle which is typical, so the page shows both.
Cinnamon sugar is granulated sugar mixed with ground cinnamon, used on toast, churros, snickerdoodles, doughnuts and the tops of muffins. Most of it is sugar. Masterfoods in Australia lists 87% sugar and 7% cinnamon with some cassia, Tropical Sun in the UK 96% sugar and 4% cinnamon, and home recipes commonly mix 4 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon by volume. US labels list sugar first and give no percentages.
The labels are unusually informative here. McCormick prints a serving of 2 teaspoons at 7 g, and Kroger 1 teaspoon at 3.5 g; Kroger's 30 servings in a 3.75 oz shaker come to 3.54 g each. Neither is a stock figure: the weight sugar labels give a teaspoon is 4 g, which is what Imperial Sugar's cinnamon sugar uses. So two independent brands weighed a teaspoon of their blend at 3.5 g, which is 168 g a cup.
King Arthur Baking's chart lists "Cinnamon-Sugar" at a quarter cup = 50 g, linked to its own Cinnamon-Sugar Plus. That is 200 g a cup, the same as King Arthur's granulated sugar, and 19% heavier than the two labels. A different product could explain part of it, a different sugar grind or a different share of cinnamon, but nothing published shows which. The gap is past the 5% this site allows for sugars, so it publishes the range rather than picking a side.
The physical check points toward the heavier end. Granulated sugar weighs 200 g a cup. Ground cinnamon is far lighter, 96 to 154 g a cup on this site, but a blend that is 87 to 96% sugar by weight should weigh close to sugar: if the two simply added their volumes, a 90:10 blend would weigh about 189 g a cup, and fine cinnamon settling into the spaces between sugar crystals would push it higher, toward 200. The labels' 168 g sits below that estimate. A finer sugar, which traps more air, or a light shake into the spoon could account for it, but that is a guess, so the range stands until someone weighs the shaker blends again.
Practical guidance: for a ready-made shaker blend, use 3.5 g per teaspoon and 10.5 g per tablespoon, as McCormick and Kroger measure it, and 42 g per quarter cup. For King Arthur's blend, use 50 g per quarter cup. When you mix your own, measure or weigh the sugar and the cinnamon separately and you know exactly what you have: a quarter cup of granulated sugar is 50 g, and the cinnamon adds a few grams more. For coating a batch of snickerdoodles or churros the difference hardly matters; for a recipe that uses cinnamon sugar inside a dough or batter, weigh it.

- Ratio of sugar to cinnamon (labels and recipes)Masterfoods (Australia) lists "Sugar 87%, Cinnamon 7%, Cassia"; Tropical Sun (UK) "Sugar (96%), Cinnamon (4%)"; US labels give no percentages. Home recipes such as Completely Delicious use "4 parts granulated sugar to 1 part cinnamon" by volume.
