Syrups
Dense concentrated sugar solutions: honey, molasses, corn syrup, maple syrup, sweetened condensed milk. Sugar content is very high, water content is low, and density is uniform across brands and batches.
Held to 5% tolerance because there is genuinely little to disagree about — a cup of honey weighs what a cup of honey weighs, and two sources publishing different figures for it almost always means one of them made an arithmetic mistake rather than measured a different product.

Scan a grocery barcode, get a better version of the same thing.
We built SwapGenie for the problem this site cannot solve: the label. It reads a barcode, scores the product against your own allergens and diet rather than a generic grade, and suggests what to buy instead. On Android now; iOS on February 15, 2027.
