Poultry seasoning
One US cup of poultry seasoning weighs 70.4 grams (2.5 ounces). Going the other way, 100 grams is about 1.42 cups.
Also called poultry spice, turkey seasoning, stuffing seasoning, chicken seasoning blend.
Most sites print a number for a cup of poultry seasoning and do not say where it came from. This page publishes 70.4 g (2.5 oz) and names all three sources it was checked against: USDA SR Legacy "Spices, poultry seasoning" (FDC 171331), Frontier Co-op (bulk herb seller): Poultry Seasoning, 1 lb and McCormick Culinary and H-E-B poultry seasoning (producer labels).

Where this number comes from
A teaspoon of poultry seasoning weighs about 1.5 g, and a cup about 70.4 g (2.5 oz). USDA's tablespoon and Frontier Co-op's count of cups to the pound agree within 8.6%.
Poultry seasoning is an American blend of dried herbs and spices made for roast turkey and chicken and for bread stuffing, built around sage and thyme. Frontier Co-op's blend lists sage, thyme, onion, marjoram, black pepper, celery seed and cayenne; other brands vary the mix. It also seasons gravy, chicken soup, pot pies, dumplings and homemade breakfast sausage. Most jars hold a fine, soft mix of ground and crumbled herbs.
USDA's record for poultry seasoning weighs a teaspoon at 1.5 g and a tablespoon at 4.4 g. The tablespoon, the more precise of the two, works out to 70.4 g per cup. Frontier Co-op counts 7 cups of its poultry seasoning to the pound, which is 64.8 g a cup, or 1.35 g a teaspoon. The two are 8.6% apart, inside the 10% this site allows for spices, so this site publishes USDA's 70.4 g. Confidence is medium: there are two independent measurements, and the blend differs by brand.
Two labels are listed without a figure. McCormick Culinary gives a quarter teaspoon as 0.4 g and H-E-B as 0.46 g, which come to 77 and 88 g a cup. A quarter teaspoon is too small a measure to decide a figure, but H-E-B's, stated to a hundredth of a gram, is a reminder that one brand's blend can run a quarter heavier than another's.
King Arthur Baking's chart has no poultry seasoning row.
The physical check: the blend's own ingredients bracket it. Rubbed sage, the main herb, weighs about 0.8 g a teaspoon on this site and ground thyme 1.4 to 1.7 g, while ground black pepper weighs 2.3 to 2.8 g. A blend that is mostly sage and thyme with a little pepper, onion and celery seed should land between about 1.2 and 1.6 g a teaspoon, and the two measurements do. A blend with more fluffy sage weighs less; one with more pepper, onion or celery seed weighs more.
Practical guidance: use 1.5 g per teaspoon of poultry seasoning, 4.4 g per tablespoon and about 70 g per cup. Recipes for stuffing and gravy measure it by the teaspoon, so the difference between brands comes to a fraction of a gram. For sausage made in quantity, or a spice blend scaled up from a recipe, weigh it. To mix your own, start with rubbed sage and ground thyme in about equal volumes, add smaller amounts of marjoram and black pepper, and weigh the result if you want to repeat it exactly.

Labels that state a quarter teaspoon give a fraction of a gram rounded to 0.1 g, so a 0.2 to 0.5 g quarter teaspoon carries 10 to 25% of rounding; kept without a figure. H-E-B's figure is given to a hundredth of a gram; it is kept without a figure as a quarter-teaspoon serving of one brand's blend.
