Spices and dried aromatics
Ground spices and single-ingredient dried aromatics: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, cloves, black pepper. Used in sub-tablespoon quantities where a few grams either way changes flavour balance rather than structure.
Held to 10% tolerance. Density is dominated by volatile-oil content, grind coarseness and moisture, all of which vary with species (cassia versus Ceylon cinnamon), origin, age and processing. Where sources disagree beyond 10%, the entry publishes the range and names the drivers behind the spread.

Scan a grocery barcode, get a better version of the same thing.
I built SwapGenie for the problem this site cannot solve: the label. It reads a barcode, scores the product against your own allergens and diet rather than a generic grade, and suggests what to buy instead. Android now, iOS in progress.
SwapGenie is in closed testing, and the first 100 testers get 3 months of Pro free.
